Registration

Online registration is open.

All attending authors and accompanying persons must pay the appropriate participation fee to attend the conference. The registration includes access to the conference rooms, electronic copy of the conference proceedings, lunches for the five days, morning and afternoon break refreshments, an ice-breaker party, and the conference dinner. Registration fees do not include transportation expenses or hotel accommodations.

Payment options

Payment of registration fees may be preferrably carried out via PayPal, a secure and convenient gateway that allows either for payment with credit card or debit from your bank account.
The alternatives to these options are either an international bank transfer or payment on-site at the beginning of the conference in cash (local currency is the Real).
With an international bank transfer, additional costs will arise as by national laws, the Brazilian Exchange department covers a US$100 fee plus additional taxes (called IOF). For this reason the organizers will need to add the amount of US$110 to the registration fee in case that this payment option will be chosen.
In light of this, the LOC strongly recommends using PayPal.

Paypal is a payment gateway. Creating an account there, allows you to choose from a number of different payment methods, including credit cards. Your brief registration ensures your identity as credit card holder and avoids any attempt of fraud.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, send an email stating your intent to cancel to igac_icacgp2014@acquaviva.com.br. You must mention if you are part of any sessions, and indicate your intent to withdraw as well.

• Requests received by August 7, 2014 will incur a 30% cancellation fee
• Requests received by August 22, 2014 will incur a 50% cancellation fee
• Requests received by September 7, 2014 will incur a 70% cancellation fee
• Requests received after September 7, 2014 cannot be processed
