Submit an Abstract

For submitting and abstract you must first create your account. Then you have to login and click on "Papers Submission" and then on "insert new papers". The page will show you a form that will allow you to submit an abstract, make changes to an already submitted abstract (if submission is still open) and verify the status of your paper.
You will also have to fill in to which thematic sessions of the conference your contribution will be submitted to.
The abstract text should be submitted with font Arial, 12 pt and have a maximum length of 350 words.

- Registration opening: September, 2013
- Abstract submission: until March 31, 2014
- Abstract acceptance notification: until April 30, 2014
- Late Breaking Poster: August 15, 2014
