Beaver Run is a large resort complex with a variety of different room types to choose from. Many of the room configurations will easily accommodate several people and some include full kitchens complete with dining and cooking utensils. Information on hotel amenities are available at beaverrun.com/breckenridge-hotel-amenities.

If you would like to reserve your room by phone or speak to a reservations agent call 1-800-525-2253. Reference IGAC or International Global Atmospheric Chemistry Conference.

Guests may contact a hotel reservations representative via email at: stay@beaverrun.com. This email is monitored everyday by the group reservations department. Please reference the IGAC 2016 Conference in your email.

As a courtesy Beaver Run will extend the conference rate for the three nights prior to and the three nights after the conference. Rates are subject to availability on the shoulder nights. Please be aware, if you are booking online the pre and post dates may not show up. Please contact the hotel directly if you are trying to book outside the dates of the conference block and the online system tells you rooms are not available.

Room block dates: 23 September – 2 October 2016

NOTE:You will be asked for a credit card number to hold your reservation at Beaver Run. The card will be charged a deposit of one night room fees plus tax prior to your arrival.  The final balance is due upon your departure from Beaver Run.

Cancelling your lodging reservation:

• If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled arrival, your credit card will be refunded your first night deposit less a processing fee of $35.
• If your cancellation is made within seventy-two 72 hours of your scheduled arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night’s lodging including tax.
• No-shows, early departures and/or late arrivals will also be charged one nights lodging including tax.
• Please contact Jill Reisdorf (reisdorf@ucar.edu) if you have an emergency or unexpected situation that forces you to cancel within the 72 hour of your trip

Room shares: The IGAC Facebook page has an IGAC 2016 group for participants who choose to self-organize room shares. The one and two bedroom suites will offer a significant per person savings to groups on a budget while still providing enough space and privacy for comfort. These suites include full kitchens and are stocked with cooking and dining essentials.
