FogDew 2026
We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 10th International Conference on Fog, Fog Collection and Dew (FogDew 2026), to be held 22–26 September 2026 at the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM), Pune, India.
FogDew 2026 is a triennial international conference that brings together researchers, scientists, engineers, and practitioners working on the science, impacts, and applications of fog and dew in the Earth system. The conference provides a unique platform to exchange ideas, present new research, and foster collaborations across disciplines.
We are pleased to announce that abstract submission is now open, and we warmly encourage researchers and professionals working in these areas to submit their contributions.
A limited number of financial support opportunities are available for Early Career Scientists, and eligible applicants are encouraged to apply early.
Participants are also encouraged to register for the conference to receive updates on important deadlines, program announcements, and conference activities.
Further details about the conference, abstract submission, and registration can be found on the conference website:

The meeting will highlight recent advances and discussions on topics including:
1. Chemistry of Fog and Dew (aqueous chemistry, aerosol fog interaction)
2. Fog and Dew Physics (fog microphysics, thermodynamics, dynamics, turbulence, radiation)
3. Ecosystem Interaction with Fog and Dew
4. Studies of Ice Fog, Riming, and Frost
5. Satellite Remote Sensing of fog and low clouds
6. Numerical modeling and forecasting of fog and dew (at all scales)
7. Fog and Dew collection as a water resource (WATER SUPPLY, ECOLOGICAL SUPPORT AND collection technologies)
8. Fog and Dew Measurement and monitoring, including in-situ sensors and collectors
9. Fog and Dew Field Campaigns in different environments (coastal, mountains, urban, marine)
10. Fog AS WATER RESOURCE AND EFFECTS IN human activities, including transportation, renewable energy, communications, and health.
