As a co-chair of the IGAC ECR SSC, Sachin’s motivation is driven both by the welcoming nature of the IGAC community and by the opportunities to interact, learn, and collaborate with ECRs from diverse domains of atmospheric chemistry. He is eager to contribute at a leadership level, helping to represent the collective voice of ECRs globally. His Vision is to foster stronger engagement with ECRs by deepening connectivity between researchers from underprivileged or low-income regions with the global scientific community, promoting inclusivity to encourage broad participation in ECR activities, and creating opportunities for the sustainable growth of the global community.
